Ally is the first point of contact for new and prospective clients at Steady Compass Counseling Services. She guides individuals and families through every step of the intake and onboarding process, from initial inquiry to first appointment, ensuring the experience feels smooth, clear, and welcoming.

Victoria leads administration and billing at Steady Compass. Reach out to her with questions about insurance coverage, benefit verification, billing statements, or superbills for out of network reimbursement.
Erica leads our marketing and communications and supports the Senior Administrative Assistant and Clinical Director with daily operations. She is bilingual and can assist you in the language where you feel most comfortable.
