How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be helpful for anyone navigating stress, life changes, relationship challenges, or simply wanting to grow. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. If you're unsure, send us a message — we're happy to help you think it through.
What happens before my first appointment?
We start with a free 15-minute consultation to understand your needs and match you with the right clinician. From there, we handle scheduling and intake paperwork before your first session.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we accept most major insurance plans and offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify. Visit our Insurance page for full details.
Where are you located?
We offer in-person sessions in Nyack, NY and across Fairfield County, CT (including Stamford and Westport). Virtual services are available across NY, NJ, CT, FL, VA, and MA. See our Office Locations page for details.
How long does it take to hear back?
