The plans below represent our most commonly used insurances — this is not an exhaustive list. Insurance acceptance varies by clinician, state, and plan type. Please contact us to confirm coverage with your assigned clinician before scheduling.
Some of our clinicians are out-of-network with certain plans, and not all providers within our practice accept the same insurances. This list reflects plans accepted across our practice — not by every individual clinician. We strongly encourage you to contact our office to confirm which insurances your assigned clinician accepts before scheduling your first session.

Insurance isn't the only path to support. We offer flexible options to ensure cost is never the sole barrier to beginning your care.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If your plan is not listed — or if your assigned clinician is out-of-network with your insurer — you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans reimburse a percentage of fees when you submit a Superbill.
We provide all documentation needed to submit a claim. We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits prior to your first appointment.
Reduced Fee & Sliding Scale
We believe quality care should be within reach for everyone. We offer reduced session fees for therapy conducted by supervised graduate clinical interns — a meaningful, affordable option for those who qualify.
Sliding scale rates are available based on financial need. Please mention this during your intake inquiry and we will connect you with the right clinician and fee structure.
Flexible Ways to Pay
We make paying for care as straightforward as possible. We accept a wide range of payment methods — including health spending accounts and financing options for those who need them.
