About Jordan

Six Years of Experience, One Whole Person

Jordan is a holistic counselor with over six years of professional experience in human-centered design, mental health research, and health coaching. He is motivated to share the wisdom from those experiences to inform your healing journey.

Those experiences, paired with his passion for nature, exercise, spirituality, and time with friends and family, have shaped a holistic approach to therapy. Whether the need is emotional, physical, social, or spiritual, Jordan is ready to partner with you on the path to becoming balanced and whole.

This is your healing journey. Come as you are.

Jordan will create the space you need to direct, create, and explore that journey. He recognizes you as a divine, beautiful being, and believes everything you need is already within you.

Clinical Approach

A Personalized Approach, Built Around You

Jordan believes in meeting you where you are and walking beside you toward where you wish to go.

Building on What Gives You Life

He acknowledges that certain passions, moments, and people give you life and brighten your aura. Applying a positive psychology orientation, he works with you to find ways to spend more time in those states and build a strong foundation.

Listening to the Body

From there, he encourages you to listen to your body and any points of resistance you may be feeling. Jordan believes pain must be listened to and acknowledged as a signal steering you back toward balance.

Regulating the Nervous System

An emerging interest of Jordan's is nervous system regulation and its importance in a world that grows more stimulating by the year. Using mindfulness, grounding, and breathing techniques, he works with you to remind your system that you are safe.

Who Jordan Works With

The Next Generation & Those Who Serve

Jordan works with adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions and the stressors of the modern world. With experience supporting high schoolers and college students around tech addiction, climate anxiety, and moving away from home, he is passionate about helping the next generation become more resilient.

Men and members of the military community may also find a good fit with Jordan. His work as a health promotion specialist with junior Marines, and as a researcher studying veterans, has familiarized him with the unique lifestyle and expectations of military life, and with how well-being can be affected by toxic masculine stigmas.

Beyond the Office

Connection, Trees & a Deeper Practice

Outside the therapy room, Jordan finds passion through connection. Laughter and relating with family and friends have always felt healing to him, and he keeps those relationships a priority. When he needs to get away, he loves to commune with the trees and birds on hikes in the local park. He is currently exploring a deeper connection to his spirit through drawing, meditation, and reading spiritual books.

He believes as much healing happens outside the therapy room, where concepts get applied and life gets lived, as within it. He hopes clients will weave together the wisdom learned in both places, as part of a progressive dance from reflection to action and back.
