About Noelia

Steady, Bilingual Care for the People Who Carry a Lot

Noelia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and EAP Provider with more than two decades of experience in mental health care. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she works with adults, families, and youth navigating some of life's most demanding moments — infertility and reproductive grief, parenting a neurodiverse child, the long burnout of teaching, and the layered stress of living, working, and raising a family in a world that often expects too much.

Her clients tend to be the ones holding it together for everyone else — the parents, the educators, the eldest siblings, the BIPOC professionals carrying invisible labor. Noelia's work begins by giving them a place to set some of that down.

"The people I work with are doing more than anyone sees. My job is to make sure that, in our hour together, they are fully heard — and then to help them find a way forward that actually fits their life."

Noelia is fully telehealth across her four licensed states, with the option to meet in person in Nyack, NY by request. Her warmth, cultural fluency, and clinical experience — combined with her bilingual practice and her role supervising other clinicians — make her a trusted resource for clients who need a therapist who genuinely understands the weight of what they are carrying.

Primary Specialty

Infertility & Reproductive Mental Health

For the Grief That Doesn't Have a Place to Go

Infertility is one of the most isolating experiences a person or couple can move through. It involves loss without a clear marker, hope that has to be rebuilt each cycle, medical processes that strip away privacy, and grief that is often invisible to family, friends, and even partners. Noelia offers a steady, deeply informed space for clients walking this road.

Whether you are early in the process, navigating treatment, grieving a loss, weighing next steps, or moving toward a different path to family, Noelia provides the kind of attuned care this work requires. She also supports couples through the relational strain that infertility creates — helping partners stay connected through one of the hardest seasons of their lives.

Specialty

Neurodiverse Youth & Parenting Stress

Parenting a neurodiverse child — autistic, ADHD, twice-exceptional, or otherwise — is a clinical area Noelia has grown deeply attuned to over years of practice. The parents she works with are often exhausted, navigating school systems that don't always meet their child where they are, advocating constantly, and quietly carrying their own grief, doubt, and overwhelm.

Noelia provides a space where parents can stop performing. Together, you'll work on regulating your own nervous system, building sustainable strategies at home, and grieving the version of parenting you thought you'd have so you can fully be present for the one you are actually living. She also works directly with neurodiverse adolescents on emotional regulation, identity, and the social and academic stressors of growing up different.

Specialty

Teacher Burnout & Educator Fatigue

Teachers and school-based professionals carry one of the heaviest, least visible mental loads of any profession. Noelia works with educators navigating compassion fatigue, the emotional residue of difficult classrooms, the chronic stress of underfunded systems, and the particular guilt that comes from giving so much and still feeling like it isn't enough.

Her work with educators is grounded, practical, and validating. She is also available as an EAP provider, which allows many teachers to access her care through their employer benefits.

Supervision & EAP

Clinical Supervisor & EAP Provider

Beyond direct clinical work, Noelia serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Steady Compass, mentoring and supporting interns and provisionally licensed clinicians as they grow in their practice. She brings the same warmth and steadiness to supervision that she brings to the therapy room — meeting newer clinicians where they are and helping them develop into the practitioners they want to be.

Noelia is also an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provider, which allows many clients to access her care through their workplace benefits, particularly educators, healthcare workers, and corporate professionals.
