Who we're looking for
We're seeking clinicians who thrive with autonomy but value being part of something larger. If you've ever found private practice isolating — or felt that group practice left no room for independence — this model is built for you.
Licensed Therapist
Carry your own caseload with full practice support behind you. You set the clinical direction — we handle billing, credentialing, and referrals.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Licensed in at least one of our operating states
- Open to a hybrid telehealth + in-person model
- Committed to high ethical standards
Provisionally Licensed Clinician
Build your supervised hours toward full licensure within a structured, supportive environment — with real mentorship and a clear path forward.
- Provisional or associate license (LMSW, LMHCA, etc.)
- Pursuing licensure; eligible for supervision
- Comfortable with telehealth and in-person sessions
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Clinical Supervisor
An opportunity for experienced licensed clinicians ready to mentor the next generation of therapists within a growing, values-driven practice.
- Fully licensed with supervision credentials
- Interest in mentoring associate-level clinicians
- Strong grounding in ethical and legal standards
- Available for regular individual supervision sessions
A compensation structure that rewards your investment
Our payout model is designed to grow with you. We offer competitive compensation with a tiered structure that specifically incentivizes in-person work and session volume — because clinicians who show up fully should see that reflected in what they take home.
Why Join Us
Solo freedom. Team support.
We've built a model specifically for clinicians who want the best of both worlds — independence in how they work, backed by the infrastructure and community of an established group practice.
Flexible Scheduling
Set your own hours and availability. No rigid quotas — structure your caseload around your life and practice goals.
Real Community
Consultation, connection, and colleagues who show up for each other. You are never practicing in isolation here.
Hybrid Model
See clients in person at our Nyack, NY and Fairfield County, CT offices, or via telehealth across all licensed states.
Caseload & Referrals
We actively manage incoming referrals so your schedule stays full — without you spending time on marketing or outreach.
Supervision Provided
Associate clinicians receive structured individual supervision from qualified supervisors within the practice.
Practice Infrastructure
Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and admin support are handled — so your energy stays in the clinical work.
Actively Seeking
Clinicians who reflect our communities
Our clients come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. We are actively prioritizing clinicians who can serve clients in languages other than English — particularly Mandarin — to better meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
We are currently seeking clinicians who provide services in Mandarin or any language other than Spanish. If you work with clients in another language, please note this in your application — it is a meaningful asset to our team and the people we serve.
Our Culture
A practice grounded in shared purpose
We hold ourselves to high ethical standards — not as a checkbox, but as a foundation. Our team is built on mutual accountability, cultural humility, and a commitment to the communities we serve across six states.

At Steady Compass, our culture starts internally. We invest in our clinicians' professional development, respect their time and boundaries, and create the conditions for long-term, sustainable practice.

Where We Practice
Serving clients across six states
We provide telehealth services throughout our licensed coverage area, with in-person offices in Nyack, NY and Fairfield County, CT. You do not need to be licensed in every state we serve — a license in at least one of our operating states is sufficient to join.
Our Operating States
Clinicians must hold a valid license in at least one of the states listed below. We welcome multi-state licensed clinicians and are happy to discuss compact license options where applicable.
