About Me

Hi, I'm Zaria

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Mercy University and am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work through the University of Kentucky's online program.

I bring nearly a decade of experience working with children, teens, adolescents, and individuals with special needs. My passion lies in creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering space for clients as they navigate life's challenges and build resilience.

I believe in meeting people where they are — and walking alongside them with empathy, compassion, and deep respect for their unique journey.

My Approach

Holistic, Strengths-Based & Person-Centered

My approach in therapy is holistic and person-centered, focusing on the whole individual rather than just the presenting problem. I use a variety of evidence-based and strengths-based techniques, including mindfulness strategies, grounding exercises, and wellness-focused tools.

I also incorporate creative tools and coping strategies to help clients regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier thought patterns. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and empowered in their journey.
