What We Offer
Groups designed for how you heal
Our groups are not one-size-fits-all. We offer several distinct formats — each designed with a specific approach and purpose in mind — so that the work meets you where you are.
Clinically Focused Groups
Therapist-facilitated groups structured around evidence-based treatment for specific presenting concerns — anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and more. Grounded in clinical frameworks with clear therapeutic goals.
Structured Skills Workshops
Time-limited, curriculum-based workshops designed to teach practical coping, emotional regulation, communication, and wellness skills. Participants leave with concrete tools they can use immediately in daily life.
Movement & Somatic Groups
Body-centered group experiences that draw on somatic approaches, mindful movement, and breath work to help participants reconnect with themselves. Especially effective for stress, trauma, and emotional dysregulation held in the body.
Social Connection & Skills Groups
Groups focused on building social confidence, communication skills, and meaningful connection. Designed for those who struggle with loneliness, social anxiety, or difficulty forming and maintaining relationships.

Freshman Year: Finding Your Footing
Starting college is one of life's biggest transitions — and it's okay if it doesn't feel the way you expected. This group is for incoming freshmen navigating the emotional, social, and identity shifts that come with starting something new. We will work on building confidence, managing anxiety, homesickness, and creating a sense of belonging on and off campus.
Trauma-Informed Movement Yoga Group
A body-centered healing group that integrates trauma-informed yoga and mindful movement to support recovery. This somatic group creates space to gently reconnect with your body, release stored stress, and build a sense of safety and groundedness — no prior yoga experience needed. Open to Connecticut residents who use insurance or self-pay.
