ADHD & Executive Functioning Group

A skills-focused group for people living with ADHD who want practical strategies for planning, time management, organization, and follow through. Members build tools together and practice them between sessions with the support of the group.

College Support Group

A space for upperclassmen navigating academic pressure, independence, friendships, and the identity shifts that come with the last stretch of college and what follows it. Members share what is working, what is hard, and find steadiness alongside peers who understand.

Gotta Cope With Them All

A playful, structured social skills group where kids build real world coping tools through the creature collecting card game they already love. Turn taking, reading social cues, handling winning and losing, negotiating trades, and making friends all get practiced in a setting that feels like play rather than work.

Sessions integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion focused therapy, narrative therapy, and play therapy.

An ESA Connection and Coping Group for adults with Emotional Support Animals who want a space where the bond with their animal is understood, valued, and welcomed. The group blends supportive conversation with practical coping skills, and yes, your animal can absolutely be on camera with you.

Working Dog Loss Support Group

A space of honor, understanding, and healing for those mourning a dog who was far more than a pet. Service dogs, K9 partners, therapy dogs, and farm and field working dogs share a bond built on trust and daily partnership, and that loss deserves its own kind of support.
